Billing & Cancellation

This page explains how billing works for OhhPoo! plans. The exact amount, billing frequency, and first charge are shown to you before you pay.

Recurring plans

• Weekly and twice-weekly plans are billed monthly. Your first charge is taken at signup, and later charges recur on the same day each month.
• Prices may differ by service area and number of dogs. Any initial cleanup fee is shown separately before checkout.
• If a payment fails, we'll notify you and give you a chance to update your payment method before service is affected.

One-time cleanups

One-time cleanups are charged once and do not create a subscription.

Pausing and cancelling

• You can request a pause or cancellation from your account or by contacting us.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Refund treatment is described in our terms of service.

Payment security

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. OhhPoo! does not store your full card number.
