Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the OhhPoo! website and services.

Service

OhhPoo! provides residential dog waste cleanup on a recurring or one-time basis in areas we serve. Service is scheduled along neighborhood routes; your service day is assigned by us and we'll tell you whenever it changes.

Access to your property

You're responsible for giving us safe access to the areas to be cleaned, including accurate gate and pet information. If we can't safely access your property, the visit is recorded as unable to access and we'll contact you.

Weather and holidays

We may reschedule visits because of weather or holidays and will notify you of changes.

Billing, refunds, and cancellation

See Billing & Cancellation. Refund and missed-visit credit rules will be confirmed here before launch.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active customers.
