Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to provide and improve OhhPoo! service.

What we collect

• Contact details you provide (name, email, phone, address) when you request a price, sign up, or contact us.
• Property and pet details needed to perform service (gate and access notes, number of dogs).
• Billing records. Card details are collected and stored by our payment provider, not by us.
• With your consent, analytics data about how you use the site, and the marketing source that brought you here.

How we use it

To schedule and deliver service, bill you, send service notifications, respond to your messages, and understand demand in areas we don't yet serve. We send marketing messages only if you've agreed to receive them, and service notifications are separate from marketing.

Sharing

We share information only with providers who help us run the service (such as payment processing and email delivery) and with technicians who need your address and access details for assigned visits. We don't sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can decline analytics cookies, ask to see or delete your information, or opt out of marketing at any time through the contact page.
